Refund Policy

I want you to be 100% satisfied with your portrait. You will be sent a photo of the preliminary sketch and of the final portrait. You can request as many revisions as you need until you are fully satisfied.

If the photo never meets your satisfaction, a full refund will be issued.

Refunds are not available once the final photograph has been approved and the artwork has shipped.

If you ordered a frame with your portrait and the frame arrives damaged, a new frame will be sent to you at no cost.

If your portrait arrives damaged or is lost in the mail, it will be replaced at no cost.
