Portrait Study in Crayola Crayons

After experimenting with oil pastels for a while it suddenly dawned on me that they are basically expensive crayons. So why not see what I could do with the classic Crayola crayons I grew up with? The oil base of the pastels definitely has advantages over the wax based crayons. Blending is limited and you can only build up a couple layers. It was still fun though.
